BAUXITE RESO2

20 years ago, Ted made an aluminum resonator guitar that he had Keb Mo try out, who wanted to buy it, which triggered Ted's desire to design lightweight, original guitars with excellent craftsmanship. This Bauxite Réso2 is the combination of all the brand's know-how. The resonant aluminum neck gives the guitar the ability to vibrate from the nut to the bottom of the body and therefore an extraordinary sustain.
Whether sliding or picking, it will be your companion in acoustics or on stage thanks to its dual microphone.

RESONANT NECK

The neck, made of light alloy of aluminum, is hollowed out and has the same profile as the wooden Ted handles . It is therefore robust and provides excellent playing comfort. It gives the instrument a new and unique resonance since the waves that pass through it feed the body of the guitar. Your guitar thus resonates from the nut to the bottom of the body.

The fingerboard, with a 12'' radius, accommodates 22 medium frets. Available as standard in Dordogne walnut, other woods are possible on request.  
 

PICKUP

A finely-measured humbucker-type microphone will allow you to easily take it on stage

Exceptional sustains allow you to intensify all the emotions in your music.

Bauxite Res o2 produces a clear, well-defined and balanced sound, with a particularly noticeable warmth in the midrange.

You will control the sound of your Bauxite using a volume button and a tone.

ALUMINUM BODY

Lightweight for better playing comfort, it contributes to the sound as much as the look.

The three sound holes of the Ted cases manage to make the guitars sound unplugged without disturbing your neighbors.

As with all guitar cases, aluminum will remember your indiscretions and your belt buckles.
